Why we rebuilt
We'll be honest: the old site and the old backend each did their jobs, but they were built in different eras, by different hands, to solve different problems. As the product line grew — JagTrax, jClock, RF Ranger, FGA, and more — the seams started to show. Customers felt them. Our team felt them.
So we made a decision that's easy to say and hard to do: rebuild the whole thing.
Not patch it. Not layer another feature on top. Rebuild — as one platform, designed together, built together, released together. Months of work across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software engineering, with one goal: make the software feel as solid as the hardware already is.
What this means for you
If you're an existing customer: your data, devices, and events are coming with you. We've built migration paths that keep your history intact and your hardware working.
