Race weekend

One thread of data, start to story

On the Jaguar platform, a chip read isn't an end point. It's the spark that updates clocks, kiosks, phones, photos, and headlines β€” all at once.

01

Before the race

Open registration β€” and leave it open

ITS YOUR RACE runs your event page, sign-ups, and fundraising, and the platform keeps race-morning entries flowing straight into the start list. No cutoff spreadsheets, no morning-of panic.

02

Race day

Every read, everywhere at once

Jaguar G4 readers time the field while jClocks tick at the line, Jaguar Announcer puts approaching finishers on the mic in real time, kiosks serve printed results on the spot, big screens cycle rankings, and athletes follow live splits on their phones β€” all fed by the same chip reads.

03

After the finish

Results become the story

SnapShot finish photos go up for sale alongside the results, PhotoVision settles tight finishes frame by frame, and results, rankings, and recaps live on β€” on your event page and in RaceTimes.

Built in-house

One company builds every layer

Most timing setups are a patchwork of vendors. The Jaguar platform is engineered top to bottom by ITS β€” so the pieces are designed for each other, and when you call, you reach the people who built it.

The business

A platform that pays you back

Hardware alone is a cost center. Every layer of the Jaguar platform is designed to hand the timer a revenue stream β€” these figures come from a real 800-athlete event in our timing-business guide.

Online registrations

Questions

Race timing platform FAQs

What is the Jaguar Integrated Platform?

The Jaguar Integrated Platform is Innovative Timing Systems' complete race timing ecosystem: Jaguar G4 RFID timing systems, ITS YOUR RACE online registration and results, jClock race clocks, live results kiosks and screens, a mobile app with live athlete tracking, SnapShot finisher photos, PhotoVision high-speed finish capture, and RaceTimes race media. Every piece is engineered by one company and shares the same data, so a race runs as one system from sign-up to finish-line photos.

What does a complete race timing system include?

A complete race timing setup covers more than chip timing: online registration, RFID readers and timing chips, race clocks, live results on screens, kiosks, and phones, finish-line photo capture, and post-race results and media. The Jaguar platform includes all of these as one integrated system, so timers don't have to stitch together separate vendors.

How do race timers make money with the Jaguar platform?

Beyond timing fees, the platform hands timers additional revenue streams: online registration earnings of $1+ per athlete, race photo sales, results kiosks at $200–300 per kiosk, and RaceTimes magazine ad commissions. In our published example, a single 800-athlete event grosses $6,550 for the timer across timing and platform revenue.

Does the Jaguar platform work for both large races and school fun runs?

Yes. The same ecosystem scales from road races timed with Jaguar G4 and G4 Pro RFID systems down to school fun runs and fundraisers using JagTrax, the all-in-one RFID lap counter. Registration, live results, and the mobile app work across both.

Who builds and supports the Jaguar Integrated Platform?

Innovative Timing Systems designs the hardware, firmware, software, and media products in-house, backed by 24+ patents in timing technology. Support comes from the engineers who built the system β€” they can even take remote control of your timing setup mid-race when you need help.
